It's been a spell and we're crowing to declare the present convenience of
Installer 4.0.
Since its last common exploratory, it has come afoot a key change -- for starters, we have added European, Slavonic language and Ukranian localizations, redone the surface for speed, fixed a constellate of bugs and ready-made it so it can bear the tag "4.0".
